You’ll be expected to: Understand a market before spending a single rupee Identify where demand already exists (SEO + intent) Translate that into high-performing campaigns Scale what works and cut what doesn’t — fastYour Core Responsibilities1. Market Understanding Before ExecutionUse keyword research and search intent to identify real demand Study competitors deeply — ads, funnels, positioning Define target audience segments based on behavior, not assumptions Align messaging with what people are already looking for2. Paid Media ExecutionBuild and scale campaigns across: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) LinkedIn Ads (when needed) Structure campaigns based on funnel stages: Cold → Warm → Retargeting Work closely on creatives and copy direction3. Funnel Thinking (Not Just Ads)Analyze landing pages and conversion flow Identify drop-offs and fix them Improve lead quality, not just volume4. Performance & ScalingOptimize based on: Cost per acquisition Return on ad spend Conversion quality Run consistent testing cycles across creatives, angles, and offers5. Tracking & Data ClaritySet up and manage: Google Tag Manager Meta Pixel Google Analytics Ensure tracking is accurate before scaling Build reports that explain why performance changed6. International Campaign ExposureWork on campaigns targeting US, UAE, and similar markets Adapt strategies based on audience behavior and competitionWhat We Expect From You4+ years of real performance marketing experience Strong portfolio with clear campaign results (mandatory) Experience working with international clientsSolid understanding of: SEO fundamentals (intent + keyword research) Market research & competitor analysis Funnel strategy and optimization Experience managing meaningful ad budgets Ability to think independently and make decisions backed by dataScreening Requirement (Important)To filter serious applicants, include the code13780in your application (resume or message).
