We’re now doubling down on growth — and looking for someone who can help us build apredictable, scalable acquisition machine .The Role We’re not looking for someone to “run campaigns.” We’re looking for someone toown growth end-to-end- from traffic → conversion → pipeline → revenue. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling arepeatable growth engineacross paid, organic, and funnel optimization.What You’ll OwnPaid Growth Own and scale Google & Meta ads with a focus on efficient CAC Continuously test creatives, audiences, and landing pages SEO & Organic Build and execute SEO strategy (technical + content + backlinks) Identify scalable organic growth opportunities Funnel Optimization Improve conversion across landing pages, signup, demo, and activation Run structured A/B testing Experimentation Engine Build a weekly experimentation cadence Identify growth loops (not just channels) Analytics & Attribution Own key metrics: CAC, conversion rates, pipeline, ROI Build dashboards and extract insightsWhat We’re Looking For4–8 years in growth marketing (SaaS or B2C preferred) Proven ability to scale paid ads profitably Strong hands-on SEO experience Deep understanding of funnels and conversion optimization Highly analytical and data-driven Builder mindset - you create systems, not just execute tasksWhat Makes This Role DifferentYou’llown growth , not just a channel Direct impact onrevenue , not vanity metrics High autonomy, fast experimentation Work on an AI-first product shaping the future of marketingBonus PointsExperience with AI-driven marketing tools Experience in SMB / multi-location businesses Experience building growth systems from scratchHow to Apply We don’t hire based on resumes alone.If this role excites you, send: 1.
