Job Title:Senior Campaign Manager (Search & Social Ads) Location:Work from Home Shift Timing:9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift) Experience Required:5+ Years in Search and Social ads About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Campaign Manager – Search & Social Ads with proven expertise across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Shopping Ads. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in campaign execution, optimization, tracking, and media planning.Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads (Search + Shopping), Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads. Monitor budget pacing (over/under) to ensure campaigns are on track with spend and performance goals. Set up and manage conversion actions, event snippets, and global site tags for accurate campaign tracking. Create, launch, and optimize dynamic ad campaigns on Meta using product catalogs and remarketing strategies. Continuously optimize search campaigns by refining keywords, ad copies, extensions, bidding, and targeting. Develop and implement media plans including budget allocation, forecasting, and channel mix. Build well-structured campaign frameworks for Search Ads to improve efficiency, performance, and reporting. Analyze campaign data, generate insights, and share performance reports with clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide junior campaign managers.Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Search & Social Ads (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Shopping Ads) Strong knowledge of conversion tracking setup (global site tags, event snippets, pixels, and APIs) Experience in budget management and pacing for large-scale campaigns Proven expertise in dynamic ads, remarketing, and audience segmentation Strong background in campaign optimization & media planning Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced night shift environmentAbout Atidiv: Atidiv uses Data science and process outsourcing to help internet businesses run better.
