Your Mission This role is designed for a senior paid search professional who understands how to turn search intent into measurable revenue. You will lead Google Ads performance with clarity, discipline, and strategic focus—ensuring efficiency, scalability, and consistent results. What You Will Own Lead Google Ads strategy across Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Shopping Translate business goals into clear paid search frameworks and KPIs Optimize performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate Implement and refine Smart Bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, Max Conversions) Conduct advanced keyword research, intent analysis, and query optimization Develop and test ad copy focused on relevance, Quality Score, and conversion impact Ensure accurate tracking and attribution using GA4 and Google Tag Manager Analyze performance data and identify scalable optimization opportunities Collaborate remotely with creative, landing page, and analytics teams Provide clear performance insights and strategic recommendations What Sets You Apart 4+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and paid search Proven ability to manage and scale performance efficiently Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making Comfortable operating independently in a remote, part-time role Agency or multi-client experience is highly valued Experience with multi-region or multi-language campaigns is a plus Why This Role Works Part-time commitment with flexible scheduling Fully remote collaboration with a global team Strategic ownership without full-time operational overhead Focus on performance systems—not manual execution Ideal for senior specialists, consultants, or fractional leaders
