Role:Brand Strategist Budget:INR 7LPA+ Location:Mumbai (Remote work but candidate should be based out of Mumbai) Reports to Creative HeadJob brief We are looking for an experienced Brand Strategist to provide our creative team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive projects. You will devise the concepts and strategies for a particular venture and will monitor its progress. You will be able to implement your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the customers. The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects both visually and essentially to meet customer expectations and drive our sustainable growth.Strobe Works specializes in the luxury hospitality domain and hence a good understanding of luxury brands is a must.ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:Job Duties Building and managing communication strategy for your account portfolio Developing quarterly communication strategy decks to be presented to the client Creating and implementing tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements Developing Thought Starter decks for onboarding new accounts Lead Key campaigns for your account portfolio Directing brainstorming meetings and creative sessions. Shaping brand standards and creating procedures to ensure all communications are aligned Lead brand immersion exercises for your account portfolio Alignment of creative team as per communication strategy (Art, Copy, Social Media, Studio)REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, and other relevant fields. A minimum of 5 years’ digital experience, particularly with, but not limited to web, social, and emerging technologies. A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices. Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills. Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models. Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
