Key Responsibilities . Devise and execute strategies to scale Livspace’s social presence to millions of views and engagements across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. Continuously experiment with content formats, posting schedules, and platform features to hack growth. Stay ahead of algorithm changes and platform trends; pivot strategy in real time. Own analytics dashboards; crunch numbers daily/weekly to identify what’s working and what isn’t.. Translate data into actionable creative insights that sharpen content strategy. A/B test relentlessly — from hooks to thumbnails to posting time — and systemize learnings. Content Creation & Leadership Lead with ideas: generate sticky, platform-native content concepts that spark conversations. Be hands-on when needed — writing hooks, scripting reels, or experimenting with AI-led content creation. Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to ensure content quality and brand alignment. AI & Automation Leverage AI tools for faster content production, ideation, and performance optimization. Build playbooks to integrate AI into day-to-day workflows for maximum efficiency. What We’re Looking For Proven growth record: You’ve grown a brand or personal channel to 7-figure views/followers. Data wizardry: Strong experience with analytics tools (native + third-party). You see patterns others miss. Creative instinct: Sharp at scripting hooks, spotting trends, and knowing what content will travel. AI fluency: Comfortable experimenting with AI content tools, not just as a gimmick but as a growth lever. Platform hacker: Deep knowledge of how Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn virality, and new platforms actually work. Doer + thinker: Can zoom out to strategy but also roll up sleeves to make content
