Location:PAN India Work Mode:Hybrid Experience:2–5 Years Notice Period:Immediate to 30 DaysRole OverviewWe are looking for an experiencedSAP Profitability and Performance Management (PAPM) Consultantto join ourBig 4 client's dynamic team . Your role will include designing, implementing, and supporting end-to-end profitability, cost allocation, and performance management solutions. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to translate financial and operational requirements into scalable PAPM models and analytics.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implementSAP PAPM solutionsincluding: Cost and revenue allocations Profitability analysis Margin and contribution analysis Driver-based costing and simulations Build and optimizePAPM functions, processes, and models(Modeler, Viewer, Calculation logic). Work ondata integrationfrom SAP and non-SAP sources (S/4HANA, BW, HANA views, flat files). Develop and maintainPAPM calculation views, allocation cycles, and reporting structures . Collaborate with finance, FP&A, and controlling teams to align PAPM outputs with business requirements. SupportUAT, go-live, and post-production support , including performance tuning and issue resolution. Prepare solution documentation, functional specifications, and user guides. Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution walkthroughsRequired Skills & ExperienceHands-on experience withSAP PAPM(Modeler, Viewer, and calculation logic). Strong understanding ofprofitability management, cost allocations, and financial modeling . Experience withSAP S/4HANA Financeis highly preferred. Knowledge ofHANA modeling concepts , calculation views, and performance optimization. Exposure toplanning, forecasting, or analytics tools(SAC, BPC, OneStream, Anaplan – preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills and experience inclient-facing consulting roles .
