Overview We are seeking an experiencedSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Benefits Consultantto lead the configuration, governance, and rollout of aglobal benefits cataloguewithin SuccessFactors. This role is critical to standardizing benefits eligibility, cost transparency, and employee experience across multiple countries. You will collaborate closely withHR, Payroll, Finance, and regional stakeholdersto ensure accurate benefits setup, reporting, and ongoing governance. This is acontract role with strong potential for extension , offering flexibility for on-site or fully remote engagement. Key Responsibilities Configure and manageSuccessFactors EC Benefits , including a global benefits catalogue covering medical, life, disability, voluntary benefits, flexible benefits, company car, taxable benefits-in-kind, and annual leave with country-specific variations Design and implementbenefit entitlement, election, contribution, opt-out, and alternative benefit structures Set up and maintainbenefit cost configurations(unit rate and percentage-based models) for annual renewals and premium updates Enable and managedependents, life events, and annual enrollment , integrating benefits with onboarding and core HR workflows Define and executeeligibility rulesby country and employee population; ensure mandatory data capture and resolve data gaps Establishreporting and analyticsfor benefits participation, payroll and pension contributions, fleet changes, and total rewards cost visibility Own and define thebenefits governance model , including maintenance ownership, SLAs, renewals, life events, and change management Identify and mitigate risks related todata quality, timelines, premiums, and budgets , with robust testing prior to go-live Coordinate delivery milestones including catalogue build, eligibility mapping, reporting, testing cycles, and Phase 1 go-live Partner with internal communications teams to supportemployee-facing materials(FAQs, intranet updates, user guidance) Requirements Minimum6 years of experiencein HRIS / HR Technology roles At least3 years of hands-on experienceconfiguringSuccessFactors EC Benefitsacross multiple countries Proven experience deliveringlarge-scale benefits implementations , including eligibility rules, life events, and annual enrollment Strong understanding ofcontribution models, payroll and pension integrations, and benefits cost reporting Experience establishinggovernance frameworks , managing change, and overseeing vendors Advanceddata analysis, validation, and testingskills with a focus on data quality Excellentstakeholder management and communicationskills Bachelor’s degree inHR, Business, Information Systems , or related field SuccessFactors EC certificationspreferred Skills SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, EC Benefits Configuration, Global Benefits Catalogue Management, Eligibility Rules, Life Events & Annual Enrollment, Benefits Cost Modeling, Payroll & Pension Integration, HRIS Data Analysis, Reporting & Analytics, Benefits Governance, Change Management, Vendor Management, Multi-country HR Systems, Stakeholder Communication.
