International Recruitment Consultant Company:ODN Recruitment Location:Remote (India) Employment:Full-time Working hours:9:00 – 17:00 CET (European Time) Salary:20,000 – 30,000 INR per month as base + performance bonusesAbout ODN Recruitment ODN Recruitment is a European recruitment company connecting workers from across Europe with employers in the Netherlands and other EU countries. We specialize inblue-collar recruitmentfor industries such as logistics, food production and manufacturing. We are currently expanding our international recruitment team and are looking for amotivated International Recruitment Consultant based in India . This is a great opportunity to work directly withEuropean clients and colleaguesin an international environment.Your Role As an International Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates from different European countries. You will recruit candidates mainly from countries such as: Romania Bulgaria Spain Portugal Poland other European countries You will communicate daily with candidates and work closely with our European team.Key Responsibilities Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media and online communities Posting job advertisements and managing incoming applications Conducting initial candidate interviews in English Maintaining candidate databases and recruitment pipelines Communicating with candidates via phone, WhatsApp and email Coordinating candidate availability and documentation Working closely with European colleagues and clients Requirements We are looking fororganized, reliable and motivated candidates . Applicants should meet the following criteria: Minimum 1–2 years of recruitment experience Experience inblue-collar recruitment is strongly preferred Experience recruiting forEuropean jobs is a big advantage Fluent English (spoken and written) any other EU language is a plus Ability to communicate with candidates from different European countries Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Technical Requirements Candidates must have: theirown laptop or computer (at least for the first 6 months) theirown smartphone for daily communication with candidates stable internet connection good computer skills includingMicrosoft Word, Excel and email Additional Advantages The following will be considered a strong plus: knowledge of additionalEuropean languages(Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Polish etc.) experience working withEuropean clients experience usingLinkedIn or international job boardsWhat We Offer Full-timeremote work Work with aninternational European recruitment team Salary20,000 – 30,000 INR per month Performance-based bonuses (without limitation) Paidsick leave and holidays Opportunity to grow within aEuropean recruitment company
