As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in various HR functions.What You Will Learn in This Internship – The Complete Hiring ProcessCreating the Master Job Profile– Learn how to define job roles and responsibilities, and develop 3D job descriptions that outline key duties, expected results, and success metrics.Understanding Candidate Profiles and Psychometric Assessments –Gain expertise in TriMetrix HD Profiles to evaluate candidates based on their behavior, motivators, competencies, and cognitive abilities, ensuring a strong role fit.Crafting Customized Interview Questions –Develop targeted interview questions aligned with job competencies and psychometric assessments to assess both technical and behavioral skills.Job Posting and Candidate Screening –Learn how to create effective job postings that attract top talent and develop resume-screening techniques to identify the best applicants.Conducting Structured Interviews –Master the art of interviewing candidates, evaluating responses, and making unbiased hiring decisions using structured interview techniques.Making Offer Letters and Onboarding New Employees –Gain hands-on experience in drafting professional offer letters and developing 30-60-90 day onboarding plans to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
