Wilqo | AI-Driven Production Optimization Platform (the Role: Wilqo is building a next-generation Production Optimization Platform (PoP) to transform how mortgages are manufactured in the U.S. We are hiring an AI-augmented engineer who uses AI coding tools daily — and knows how to turn AI-generated code into production-grade systems. If you still write everything manually and avoid AI, this role is not for you. We are not looking for a traditional full stack developer.This role is well-suited for a professional who has technical depth in the Microsoft stack, values quality, tak  es ownership of outcomes, and communicates clearly in a collaborative environment.Work Timing: 1:30 p.m. IST – 10:30 p.m. IST (U.S. business hours overlap)What you'll Work With: NET / C# / Core React SQL / Data Modeling Azure Cloud Azure AI Services Claude CodeRole Expectations: 8+ years of strong full stack experience on Microsoft stack Deep Azure experience (real-world, not theoretical) Proven use of AI coding tool (Claude Code) in live projects Ability to review, refactor, harden, and integrate AI-generated code Strong architectural judgment and production mindsetYou should be comfortable: Moving fast Owning outcomes Designing systems, not just implementing ticketsWhy Join Us?
