ResponsibilitiesDesign, train, and deploycustom OCR modelsleveragingAzure Document IntelligenceandAWS Textract . Automatedocument classification and data extractionfrom structured/unstructured inputs (PDFs, scanned images, invoices, etc.). Buildmultilingual OCR workflowsby integrating Azure Translator and applyNLP insightsusing AWS Comprehend. DevelopGenAI-powered solutionswithAWS BedrockandAzure OpenAIfor semantic understanding, summarization, and contextual search of documents. UtilizeAWS Rekognitionfor image-based document analysis and identity verification. Implement and optimizescalable pipelinesfor OCR output post-processing (JSON/CSV) usingPython, Java, or .NET . Collaborate withcross-functional teamsto gather requirements and deliver tailored, production-grade solutions. Ensurecompliance with data privacy, security, and governance standardsacross cloud platforms.Required Skills8+ yearsof experience in OCR technologies, intelligent document processing, and enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions. Expertise inAzure AI Services(Form Recognizer/Document Intelligence, Translator, OpenAI) andAWS AI/ML stack(Textract, Comprehend, Rekognition, Bedrock). Strong coding skills inPython, Java, or .NETwith hands-on experience in post-processing OCR outputs. Familiarity withAWS services(EC2, ECS, S3, Lambda, Step Functions) andAzure cloud environments . Deep knowledge ofdocument layout analysis(tables, forms, key-value pairs). Experience withNLP tools, translation APIs , andGenAI model training, fine-tuning, and deployment . Exposure toConsumer, Retail, and Logistics domain workflows(preferred). Understanding ofTerraform, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Git(advantage). Comfortable working inAgile projects , with excellentproblem-solving and communication skills(client-facing role). Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, IT, or equivalent (preferred).
