PF Mechanical (Kiln/PH&Cooler)-Assistant Manager

To ensure the continuous and efficient operation of Kiln, Cooler, and AFR equipment through proactive maintenance strategies, budget control, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Equipment Availability : - Ensure high uptime of Kiln, Cooler, and AFR section equipment through preventive and predictive maintenance. - Monitor equipment health and initiate timely corrective actions. Maintenance Planning & Execution : - Plan and execute shutdowns with minimal production impact. - Maintain and troubleshoot material handling systems and mechanical components. Budgeting & Inventory Control : - Prepare and manage maintenance budgets. - Plan and control spare parts inventory to optimize costs and ensure availability. Safety & Compliance : - Promote and maintain a safe working environment. - Ensure compliance with ISO, WCM, and other statutory standards. Continuous Improvement : - Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. - Support initiatives for energy efficiency and process optimization. Qualifications: - B.Tech/B.E Mechanical Engineering - 5+ years' of mechanical experience in Cement Manufacturing Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of Kiln, Cooler, AFR circuit operations and maintenance - Experience in material handling equipment maintenance - Familiarity with ISO standards, WCM practices, and safety protocols - Good analytical, problem-solving, and team coordination skills
