PF Mechanical (Kiln/PH&Cooler)-Assistant Manager

To ensure the continuous and efficient operation of Kiln, Cooler, and AFR equipment through proactive maintenance strategies, budget control, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Equipment Availability : Ensure high uptime of Kiln, Cooler, and AFR section equipment through preventive and predictive maintenance. Monitor equipment health and initiate timely corrective actions. Maintenance Planning & Execution : Plan and execute shutdowns with minimal production impact. Maintain and troubleshoot material handling systems and mechanical components. Budgeting & Inventory Control : Prepare and manage maintenance budgets. Plan and control spare parts inventory to optimize costs and ensure availability. Safety & Compliance : Promote and maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with ISO, WCM, and other statutory standards. Continuous Improvement : Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Support initiatives for energy efficiency and process optimization. Qualifications: B.Tech/B.E Mechanical Engineering 5+ years‘ of mechanical experience in Cement Manufacturing Required Skills: Strong knowledge of Kiln, Cooler, AFR circuit operations and maintenance Experience in material handling equipment maintenance Familiarity with ISO standards, WCM practices, and safety protocols Good analytical, problem-solving, and team coordination skills
