Senior D365 CE Technical Consultant

Position: Senior D365 CE Technical Consultant/Developer Duration: Full-Time Location: Remote (India)We are looking for a highly experienced Senior D365 CE Technical Consultant/Developer with strong hands-on expertise in development, integrations, data migration, and DevOps. This is a purely technical role (not functional). The candidate must be capable of independently designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-grade CRM solutions. Core Technical Expertise D365 CE Development & Customization Strong experience across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, PSA, Customer Insights Plugin development (C#), Custom Workflow Activities JavaScript (form scripting, validations), Web Resources (HTML/JS/CSS) PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) development Ribbon customization using Ribbon Workbench Custom Actions & Custom APIs FetchXML, QueryExpression Early-bound & Late-bound development Security roles, teams, field-level security Managed & unmanaged solution handling Tools, Integration, Migration & DevOps XRM Toolbox, Plugin Registration Tool Configuration/Data Migration Tool, Package Deployer Power Platform CLI Integration Experience: Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus) Dataverse Web API (REST/OData) Power Automate (advanced flows, HTTP triggers) Third-party/ERP integrations Azure AD authentication & API integrations Data Migration & Upgrades: Data Migration Tool, Configuration Migration Tool SSIS/KingswaySoft (preferred) On-prem to On-prem / On-prem to Online migrations Version upgrades (legacy CRM to D365) Large volume data handling, data cleansing & performance optimization DevOps & ALM: Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline setup for D365 Solution packaging & automated deployments Git/version control & environment strategy Documentation & Architecture Technical Design Documents (TDD) Integration & deployment documentation Migration strategy documents Ability to design scalable architecture and perform code reviews Technical Stack C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript (preferred), SQL Server, REST APIs, JSON/XML, Azure fundamentals. Experience Required 6–10+ years in D365 CE technical development Multiple end-to-end implementations Strong debugging, troubleshooting & performance optimization skills Ability to mentor junior developers and own technical delivery
