Employment Type Full-time | On-site Experience Required Minimum2 years of hands-on experiencein interior site supervision, interior fit-out, or execution projects. Role Overview / Purpose As anInterior Site SupervisoratTailor Your Home , you will play a critical role in translating design concepts into high-quality, well-executed interior spaces. You will be responsible for managing daily on-site execution, coordinating multiple teams and vendors, maintaining quality and timelines, and ensuring safe and efficient site operations. Your technical knowledge, leadership, and attention to detail will directly impact project success and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Site Execution & Supervision Supervise and manageday-to-day on-site activitiesfor interior execution projects, including carpentry, modular furniture installation, joinery, cabinetry, painting, polishing, finishes, flooring, and related works. Ensure all site work is carried out as perapproved drawings, specifications, and design intent . Monitor work progress to ensure adherence toproject timelines, quality standards, and execution methods . Coordination & Team Management Coordinate withcontractors, vendors, carpenters, labour teams, and subcontractorsto plan daily work activities. Allocate tasks, supervise manpower, and ensure smooth workflow across trades. Act as a key point of communication between thedesign team, project team, vendors, and clients (when required) . Quality Control & Materials Management Ensurequality controlof workmanship and materials at every stage of execution. Verify materials delivered on-site for correctness, quality, and quantity as per specifications. Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient use of resources. Monitor finishing details to maintain Tailor Your Home’s design and execution standards. Reporting & Documentation Maintaindaily and weekly site progress reports , including work status, labour deployment, and material usage. Record measurements, prepare material consumption logs, and assist withbilling, quantity checks, and BOQ verificationif required. Maintain proper site documentation for smooth project tracking and coordination. Safety & Site Discipline Conduct regular site inspections to ensuresafety, cleanliness, and disciplineat the site. Ensure all workers followsafety protocolsand use appropriatePPE . Address safety or execution-related issues proactively and escalate concerns when required. Inventory & Procurement Support Track incoming and outgoing materials on site. Coordinate with the procurement team to ensuretimely availability of materials , avoiding shortages or excess stock. Support planning to optimize manpower and material usage. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum2 years’ experiencein interior site supervision, interior fit-outs, or execution projects. Diploma or Degree inInterior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering , or equivalent practical experience. Strong ability toread, interpret, and execute from interior/architectural/joinery drawings . Good knowledge ofinterior materials, finishes, carpentry, joinery, modular furniture, and installation processes . Strongcoordination, leadership, and people-management skills . Proactiveproblem-solving attitudewith the ability to foresee and resolve site challenges. Basic proficiency inMS Office / Excelfor reporting, tracking, and documentation. Clear understanding and commitment tohealth, safety, and cleanliness standardson site. Preferred (Not Mandatory) Experience handlingresidential, commercial, or hospitality interior projects , including modular kitchens, wardrobes, cabinetry, or turnkey projects. Basic understanding ofMEP coordination(electrical, plumbing, HVAC) in interior finishing stages. Valid driving license and willingness to travel tomultiple project sites within Mumbai . Good communication skills inEnglish, Hindi, and Marathifor effective coordination.
