The ideal candidate should have a solid background in civil engineering works, with a keen eye for quality, safety, and efficiency.Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is being done according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other site personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks. Monitor and manage resources (labor, materials, equipment) at the site. Maintain daily site logs and progress reports. Ensure quality control and compliance with all safety regulations. Read and interpret civil drawings and execute the work accordingly. Assist in resolving any site-related technical issues. Communicate project progress and concerns to Project Manager/Engineer regularly. Ensure site cleanliness and organization at all times. Strong coordination and communication with site in charge and managerRequirements: Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory). Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in civil construction supervision. Sound knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Familiarity with safety standards and construction regulations.
