This is awork-from-home opportunityfor professionals who are passionate about guiding students, understanding their learning needs, and helping them choose the right academic path through PhysicsWallah’s learning ecosystem.Key Responsibilities Counsel students and parents regardingJEE/NEET course offerings , exam preparation strategies, and academic planning. Understand students’ academic background and learning requirements to recommend the most suitable PW courses. Engage with leads viacalls, WhatsApp, and emailsto ensure high conversion rates and excellent student experience. Provide timely and empathetic responses to student queries and concerns. Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system. Coordinate withacademic and marketing teamsto improve student satisfaction, retention, and overall user experience.Eligibility & Requirements 1–4 years of experiencein academic counselling, preferably in theJEE/NEET domain . Excellent communication and persuasion skills inEnglish and Hindi . Strong student-handling and problem-solving abilities with an empathetic approach. Familiarity withonline education platforms and digital counselling tools . Must have alaptop/desktop, stable internet connection , and a quiet work environment.
