Role: LinkedIn Manager (Part-Time) We’re looking for a thoughtful and highly attunedLinkedIn Managerto help us grow both ourbrand accountandfounder accountorganically. LinkedIn will be ourprimary hiring and talent discovery channel , so this role is critical to how we build our team and long-term ecosystem. This is apart-time rolefor someone who values clarity, relevance, and intent over volume. What you’ll do Manage and grow ourbrand and founder LinkedIn accountswith a consistent, authentic voice Activelyengage with relevant people, brands, founders, operators, and institutionsin our ecosystem Collect raw inputs from us (voice notes, WhatsApp texts, loose ideas) andtranslate them into clear, well-structured LinkedIn posts Develop content that reflects how we think, work, and build—across culture, hiring, product, and learning Share drafts for approval, refine based on feedback, andpublish posts with care and consistency Observe performance and refine content direction based on what resonates (without chasing trends) What we’re looking for Strongwriting and editing skills , with an ability to articulate nuanced or complex thoughts simply Sharpcritical thinking and judgment —you should understand why something should be said, not just how to say it High level ofcontextual understanding and empathy —you must be willing to deeply understand our brand, founders, and values Comfort working with unstructured inputs and shaping them into thoughtful, high-quality outputs Sensitivity to tone and discretion, especially when representing a founder’s voice Prior experience with LinkedIn growth(brand or personal accounts) (MOST IMPORTANT) Interest or experience in health, wellness, or nutritionis strongly preferred Role details Part-time/ Freelance Remote Long-term
