With both consulting and products, our expertise can help our customers save time and money as they move from strategic Clinical & Quality management all the way to widespread and profitable commercialisation.Job Overview Lead solution design and delivery execution for data, analytics, and AI programs across Clinical, Commercial, and Medical Affairs domains. Provide architectural leadership, guide engineering teams, and ensure high-quality, compliant delivery for pharma clients.Key Responsibilities Design end-to-end data platform architectures. Build scalable solutions on leading cloud platforms using best-practice patterns. Create data models and integrate pharma datasets (EDC, CTMS, IRT, CRM, 3PL, claims, hub, dispense, etc.). Produce solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps. Lead technical delivery across multiple engagements. Conduct design reviews, guide development teams and ensure solution quality. Ensure adherence to Data governance, Security & Compliance. Oversee operational support activities, driving automation where possible and resolving data management and analytics-related issues. Contribute reusable assets, frameworks, and best practices for the practice. Bring practical knowledge of AI/ML or GenAI to enhance solution offerings. Identify opportunities & design solutions where AI can improve insights, automation, or workflow efficiency.Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science/software engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience 10+ years in data engineering, architecture, or delivery leadership roles. At least 5 years of experience working in the Biotech/Pharma Industry supporting Clinical/Commercial business units to meet their Data and Reporting needs. Hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms & services including: AWS:S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, RDS, EMR, Athena, Step Functions Azure : Azure Data Lake, ADF, Synapse, Functions, Key Vault, Event Hub, Snowflake, Databricks Expertise in data lake/Lakehouse architectures and modern ELT patterns. Strong SQL, Python, Spark, and data modelling skills. Experience integrating pharma datasets & systems Experience/good understanding of BI & reporting platforms such as: Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire Understanding of regulated data environments. Proven experience leading multi-phase or multi-team delivery. Excellent communication and client-facing leadership.Good-to-Have Skills Experience with GenAI, ML pipelines, RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector DBs. Master Data Management (MDM) experience. Cloud/Data certifications (AWS/Azure/Snowflake/Databricks). CI/CD, Terraform, containerization (Docker/K8S). Deep understanding of specific business processes within the pharma value chain (e.g., clinical trial phases, supply chain logistics) Experience in designing and managing APIs for data ingestion and consumption
