Junior Execution Trader

Role Purpose We are seeking aJunior Execution Traderto support portfolio managers in trade execution and operational processes. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate (MBA from a top-ranked college) with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in markets and trading.Key Responsibilities Execute and monitor trades/algorithms as instructed by the Portfolio Manager with accuracy and timeliness. Manage, upload, and reconcile trades and P&L reports. Coordinate with counterparties, including brokers and operations teams, on trade settlement and risk reconciliation. Perform trade and strategy analysis to support portfolio decision-making. Apply basic programming skills to automate trade/strategy processes and reporting. Ensure compliance with internal controls and operational procedures.Qualifications & Skills Education:MBA from tier 1 B-Schools in India (2025 or 2024 graduates preferred). Strong interest in trading, markets, and investment strategies –the CV should show firm interest in financial markets Theoretical and/or practical knowledge of basic financial products – derivations, fixed income, equities Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Python, VBA, SQL) to support automation. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills. Detail-oriented with a disciplined, results-driven approach. Strong communication and coordination skills.
