Job Title: HR Partner – NxtraLocation: Vizag – Site HRReporting to: Head HR - NxtraType: Full-timeRole OverviewLooking for a seasoned HR professional to lead the people agenda for our upcoming AI Data Center (300 MW) project. This role requires strong expertise in industrial relations, HR operations, and end-to-end employee lifecycle management. The individual will be responsible for establishing and managing HR operations for both on-roll and contractual employees, ensuring smooth site functioning and adherence to statutory compliances.Key Responsibilities1. HR Strategy & Operations- Lead the end-to-end HR function for the AI Data Center site, aligning people practices with business objectives. - Establish HR processes, systems, and frameworks for a large-scale industrial setup. - Drive HR operational excellence across the employee lifecycle – onboarding, engagement, development, performance, and exit.2. Industrial Relations & Compliance- Manage and maintain harmonious industrial relations at the site. - Liaise with local authorities, labor departments, and government bodies as needed. - Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, standing orders, and statutory requirements. - Proactively handle grievances and disciplinary matters in line with company policies and statutory norms.3. Workforce Management- Oversee workforce planning and deployment of both on-roll and contractual employees. - Partner with site leadership, facilities, and security teams to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations. - Drive initiatives to build an engaged, productive, and safe workplace.4. Capability Building & Culture- Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration. - Design and implement learning and development interventions suited to site needs. - Act as a culture custodian, ensuring values and behaviors are consistently demonstrated.Qualifications & Experience- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. - 5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in industrial or factory HR roles. - Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and contract labor management. - Experience managing greenfield or large-scale site operations will be an added advantage. - Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
