As a 360-degree marketing agency supporting US-based clients (including our partner firmConnectedStars ), we need someone who can blend static graphic design with high-impact short-form video (Reels/Shorts) to drive engagement.Important Note:This role followsUS Business Hours (Night Shift)to ensure real-time collaboration with our North American clients and team members.Key Responsibilities Short-Form Video:Conceptualize, edit, and produce engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts that stop the scroll. Graphic Design:Create high-quality visual assets for social media, email campaigns, display ads, and pitch decks. Brand Alignment:Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands, ensuring all content aligns with client guidelines and US market trends. Collaboration:Work closely with the outreach and strategy teams to translate marketing goals into compelling visual stories. Trend Monitoring:Stay ahead of design and video trends specifically within the US digital landscape.Required Skills & Experience Technical Proficiency:Mastery ofAdobe Creative Suite(Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut). Reels Expertise:Proven track record of creating viral-style or high-engagement video content with a focus on transitions, timing, and audio syncing. Design Fundamentals:Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout specifically for digital marketing. Communication:Fluent in English with the ability to take creative direction and provide feedback effectively.Shift Details & Location Shift:Permanent Night Shift (Aligned with US EST/PST timings).
