Job Description Motion Designer / Video Editor (Freelance – Retainer) RemoteWe’re hiring a Motion Designer / Video Editor to work closely with The Baby Trunk — a luxury baby & kids brand creating high-performing short-form videos for Meta ads & organic platforms.What you’ll work on: • 10–12 short videos/month • AI-generated + real footage edits • Paid ad creatives (Meta-first) • Instagram, WhatsApp & website contentTurnaround expectations: • First draft: within 24 hours of brief • Final delivery: within 48 hours • All safe zones, CTAs, brand fonts & colours in placeTools & skills we’re looking for: • Strong motion design & video editing • Experience with AI video tools (Nano Banana/ Runway / Pika / Midjourney-style workflows) • Performance-driven mindset (ads, hooks, conversions) • Ability to share open editable filesRetainer: ₹1,500 per video (10–12 videos/month) Long-term opportunity for the right fitShortlisted candidates will be given a brief as a test assignment to assess speed, quality, and brand alignment.To apply, share: • Portfolio / showreel • Relevant ad work (if any) • Your availabilitySend resumes and portfolio here: monisha.talreja@
