About the RoleOneNDF is looking for aSecured Loan Training Leadto design and deliver structured learning programs in the secured lending space. This role is ideal for someone who combinesdeep loan product expertisewith a passion forteaching and content creation. You’ll design modules, record video lessons, and build an engaging certification program that empowers young professionals to start careers in secured lendingwithout leaving their hometowns. Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Design:Develop structured training modules with clear learning outcomes. Content Creation:Write scripts, PPTs, case studies, and assessments focused only on secured loans. Delivery & Recording:Record high-quality sessions, coordinate with video editors, and ensure learner engagement. Certification Path:Define assessments, grading standards, and certification criteria. Continuous Updates:Keep modules updated with market and regulatory changes in secured lending.Requirements3–5+ years of experience in secured loans (Home Loans, LAP, or Business Loans) in banking, NBFCs, or fintech. Experience intraining, instructional design, or L&Dpreferred. Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English; strong on-camera presence. Ability to simplify complex loan concepts for first-time learners.Good-to-HaveFamiliarity with e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.). Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Teachable, Thinkific, etc.).
