Job Overview We are seeking askilled and experienced Amazon Account Managerto oversee and grow our business across theAmazon Seller Central and Vendor Centralplatforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible forend-to-end Amazon account management , including listing optimization, advertising strategy, inventory management, sales growth, and maintaining account health. This role requires someone with strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in managing Amazon operations while driving profitability and marketplace performance.Key Responsibilities Account Management • Manage daily operations ofAmazon Seller Central and Vendor Central accounts • Monitoraccount health, performance metrics, and compliance requirements • HandleAmazon cases, claims, chargebacks, and escalations • Ensure smooth account performance and resolve operational issues promptlyProduct Listings & Content Optimization • Create, manage, and optimizeproduct listings for better visibility and conversions • Conductkeyword research and Amazon SEO optimization • ManageA+ Content, product descriptions, and listing images • Collaborate with design or content teams to enhance product presentationSales Growth & Strategy • Develop and implement strategies toincrease sales and marketplace visibility • Managepricing strategies, promotions, lightning deals, and discounts • Analyzecompetitor activities and market trendsto identify growth opportunitiesAmazon Advertising (PPC) • Plan, launch, and optimizeAmazon PPC campaignsincluding Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display • Monitor key advertising metrics such asACoS, ROAS, and campaign performance • Provide regular reports and recommendations to improve advertising efficiencyInventory & Operations • Forecast inventory requirements based on demand trends • Coordinate withlogistics, warehouse, and supply teams • ManageFBA and FBM operationseffectively • Ensure proper stock levels and preventstock-outs or overstock situationsReporting & Performance Analysis • Monitorsales performance, revenue, profitability, and growth metrics • Prepareweekly and monthly performance reports • Identify improvement opportunities and implement action plansRequired Skills & Qualifications •1–4 years of experiencemanaging Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts • Strong understanding ofAmazon policies, algorithms, and marketplace best practices • Hands-on experience managingAmazon PPC campaigns • Good analytical ability withExcel or data analysis tools • Excellent communication and coordination skills • Ability to work independently and take ownership of account performanceTools & Platforms Experience Experience with Amazon tools and marketplace software such as: •Helium 10(keyword research, listing optimization, competitor tracking) •Jungle Scout(product research and keyword analysis) •Amazon Brand Analytics •Amazon Advertising Console •Keepa or similar price tracking tools • Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysisPreferred Skills (Good to Have) • Experience scaling Amazon brands or managing large catalogs • Knowledge ofinternational Amazon marketplaces (UK, EU, etc.) • Experience withinventory planning tools
