Working with a leading AI lab training next-generation large language models focused on reasoning, not just generation.Looking for strong data scientists, ML engineers, and AI practitioners to help push models toward expert-level thinking across quantitative and analytical domains.What you’ll do:Design challenging, real-world DS/ML tasksCreate high-quality ground truth solutionsEvaluate AI outputs for correctness, efficiency, and reasoningHelp define what good reasoning looks like in AI systemsLooking for:3+ years in data science, ML, AI, or software engineeringStrength in statistical modeling, ML pipelines, or LLMsAbility to clearly explain technical decisions in writingDetails:RemoteFull-time (40 hrs/week, weekdays)W2 contract
