A leader within the market, Condé Nast India produces the premium titles Vogue , GQ , Condé Nast Traveler , and Architectural DigestRole ObjectiveTo support the VWA team in managing and qualifying leads generated through marketing campaigns by conducting timely outbound calls, performing lead quality checks, and ensuring accurate data capture for follow-up and conversion.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls to leads generated through VWA marketing campaigns across digital and partner channelsPerform quality checks (QC) on incoming leads to assess intent, relevance and completeness of informationValidate lead details including contact information, wedding timelines, purchase intent, and category interestQualify leads based on predefined criteria and assign lead quality status / priorityMaintain updated lead records and call notes in the trackerEscalate high-intent or priority leads to the relevant internal teams in a timely mannerEnsure data hygiene, deduplication, and accurate categorisation of leadsShare daily and weekly lead quality and calling status reportsPreferred Candidate ProfileStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage HNI / premium audiences professionallyUnderstanding of luxury designer brands, high-end jewellery brands, beauty and wellness brands and the premium wedding ecosystemAbility to identify high-value consumer intent and differentiate between qualified and non-qualified leads
