Content Moderator (Punjabi & Urdu-Relocate to Vietnam)

About the jobShould be willing to relocate to Vietnam and must have native level proficiency inPunjabi & URDU i,e should be able to speak and read in Punjabi & URDU both.Role & Responsibilities Review and moderate audio / picture / text content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines. Identify, flag, and escalate inappropriate, harmful, or sensitive audio / picture / text material. Document and report trends, patterns, and potential risks in user-generated audio / picture / text content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe and trusted platform environment.Requirements Proficiency inPunjabi & URDU(native-level fluency). 12 months Content Moderation experience. StrongEnglish communication skills(verbal and written) over and above any one native language listed. Deep understanding ofregional slang, music, pop culture, and linguistic nuancesin your native language. High level ofmaturity and judgmentto identify and evaluate nuances vs. non-essential content for the platform. Flexible for 24/7 rotational shifts , including weekends and holidays.
