The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in dispatch operations, driver coordination, and maintaining smooth logistics workflows with accuracy and professionalism.Experience Required: Minimum 5 YearsLanguage: Fluent English (mandatory)Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily dispatch operations for trucks and drivers. - Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve any on-road issues. - Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and insurance representatives. - Ensure smooth operations with accurate documentation and record-keeping. - Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and load assignments efficiently. - Handle dispatch software and tracking tools confidently. - Maintain compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies.Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in trucking logistics or dispatch. - Fluent English — mandatory. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure. - Knowledge of dispatch systems and GPS tracking tools also the log book and HOS - Experience dealing with drivers and customers. - Must be detail-oriented with strong record management habits.How to Apply:Submit your resume and references to jtslogisticspvt@
