This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals beginning their career in recruitment who are interested in sourcing, evaluating, and connecting skilled technology professionals with client opportunities.The IT Recruiter will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to identify qualified candidates for IT roles across various industries.Key Responsibilities• Source potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks • Screen resumes to identify candidates that match client job requirements • Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews • Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment databases • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process • Assist in posting job openings across recruitment platforms • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Track recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate records • Support recruitment efforts for roles across IT and technology sectorsRequired Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Basic understanding of IT roles and technology concepts (preferred but not required) • Ability to review resumes and identify relevant skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Proficiency in MS Office and online research tools
