Process Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities 1. Process & Manufacturing Engineering Develop, evaluate, and optimize manufacturing processes forfabrication, tubular components, and paint shop operations . Troubleshoot process issues and implementcorrective/preventive actionsto improve efficiency and product quality. LeadLow-Cost Automation (LCA)andKaizenprojects to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. Prepare and validateprocess documentationincluding SOPs, process flow diagrams, and control plans. 2. Fabrication & Welding Operations Oversee fabrication processes involvingTIG & MIG welding , ensuring adherence to design and quality standards. Manage production oftubular and sheet metal parts , ensuring accuracy of fixtures, jigs, and weld assemblies. SupportTool Engineeringin developing and maintaining production tooling for consistent quality output. 3. Paint Shop & Surface Coating Manageliquid paint and powder coating operations , includingpretreatment, phosphating, and curingprocesses. Establish and controlpaint process parametersto ensure consistent coating thickness, finish, and adhesion. Implement paint material control, minimize wastage, and ensure environment, health, and safety (EHS) compliance. 4. Quality & System Implementation Demonstrate in-depth knowledge ofDFMEA, FMEA, APQP, and PPAPfor process and product validation. Collaborate with quality and design teams forfirst-time-right production , ensuring compliance toISO / IATF 16949standards. Driveroot cause analysisand implementcontinuous improvement plansbased on quality feedback. 5. Lean Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering ApplyLean Manufacturing toolssuch asVSM (Value Stream Mapping) ,Line Balancing ,DILO (Day In the Life Of) , andTOC (Theory of Constraints)to streamline processes. Conductfacility layout planning, capacity analysis , andworkforce optimizationfor improved operational flow. Manageproduction servicesincluding routings, cell manufacturing, material handling, and workflow management.
