About Obladi CreativesObladi Creatives is a result-driven digital marketing agency focused on helping businesses grow through strong strategy, creative, and performance marketing.We work with brands across education, retail, and multiple industries handling everything from branding to lead generation and sales support.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Tele-Calling Intern who can confidently communicate with leads, understand their requirements, and help move conversations forward.This role is not just about making calls it’s about building clarity, trust, and ensuring meaningful conversations with potential customers.Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up with leads generated through ads, forms, and campaignsExplain basic details about the service/product to interested prospectsUnderstand the lead’s requirement and intent before passing it to the teamMaintain proper records of conversations and updates in sheets/CRMCoordinate with the internal team for lead status and follow-upsEnsure timely follow-ups and consistent communicationWhat We’re Looking ForGood spoken communication (English + Hindi / Telugu preferred)Confidence in speaking over phone and handling conversationsBasic understanding of sales or willingness to learnAbility to stay organized and track conversations properlyConsistency and discipline while working remotelyRole DetailsDuration: 2 monthsStipend: ₹12,000 - 15,000 per monthLocation: RemoteWorking Days: Monday to SaturdayWorking Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PMAdditional NoteThis role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how leads convert into actual business.You’ll get hands-on exposure to real conversations, customer behavior, and how sales works in a structured environment.
