Hiring: Senior Project Manager – EPC (Edible Oil Process Industry) Budget:Up to ₹15 LPA Experience:12 – 18 YearsPosition Overview We are seeking a highly skilledSenior Project Managerto leadEngineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC)projects within theEdible Oil Process Industry . The role involves complete ownership of project planning, execution, and delivery — ensuring that projects are completedon time, within budget , and in line withsafety, quality, and regulatory standards (FSSAI / GMP / EHS) . The ideal candidate will bringstrong leadership, deep technical expertise , andproven success managing large-scale edible oil or food process plant projects .Key Responsibilities Leadend-to-end EPC project execution— fromconcept designtocommissioning and handover . Develop and controldetailed project schedules, budgets, and manpower/resource plans . Coordinatecross-functional engineering teams– Process, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical & Instrumentation. Review and approvePFDs, P&IDs, and layout drawingsfor edible oil refining, extraction, and packaging plants. Overseevendor selection ,technical evaluation ,contract negotiation , andequipment procurement . Ensurefood-grade design ,hygienic construction , andcompliance with FSSAI, GMP, and EHSnorms. Leadsite execution , including installation, commissioning, and final plant validation. Conductproject audits, risk assessments , andprogress reviewsto ensure adherence to timelines and costs. Maintain close coordination withclients, consultants, and internal stakeholdersfor project delivery.Qualifications & ExperienceB.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering(Master’s preferred). 12–18 yearsof experience inEPC project managementwithin theEdible Oil / Food Process Industry . Proven track record managingprojects worth ₹100 crore+ormulti-site process plants . Proficiency inMS Project ,Primavera ,AutoCAD , andSolidWorks . Knowledge ofprocess utilitiessuch as steam, air, and chilled water systems. PMP certificationor equivalent preferred. Key Competencies Strongleadershipandteam management . Excellentproject planning, budgeting , andcost control . Effectivevendor, contractor, and client management . Deep understanding ofHSE, GMP, and FSSAIstandards.
