We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.Your work profileJob role Title: Tester / QA Specialist Experience : 5+ years in software testing, automation (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG), performance testing, and test strategy development. Experience in Automation testing. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus.Qualification/s : BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech/Any Graduate Govt experience requiredJob Role Ensure that functional and technical requirements are clear, feasible, and testable. Create detailed test plans and test cases to cover all aspects of the portal's functionality. Perform testing on individual components and their interactions to verify correctness. Identify defects, document them, and work with the development team to resolve issues. Test portal performance (speed, load times) and user experience to ensure the portal meets performance standards and is user-friendly. Responsibilities: Review and analyze system specifications. Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans. Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results. Create logs to document testing phases and defects. Report bugs and errors to development teams Help troubleshoot issues. Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
