The Senior Chemist will oversee and execute lab operations, conduct research and development, ensure quality control measures are adhered to, and perform detailed chemical analysis. Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.Qualifications- Proficiency in Laboratory Skills, Quality Control, and Analytical Skills to execute and validate complex chemical tests and processes. - Experience in Research and Development (R&D) and carrying out comprehensive scientific Research for product innovation and improvement. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data. - Familiarity with industry regulations, safety protocols, and standards for pharmaceutical production. - Excellent organizational and documentation skills to maintain thorough and accurate records. - Master's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage. - Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or life sciences company is highly beneficial.
