This is a full-time, hybrid role requiringnight shift hours aligned with US time zones , ideal for creative professionals who can merge aesthetics with functionality to deliver world-class digital experiences.Position Overview The Graphics & UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs and seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will conceptualize, design, and deliver assets that align with brand identity while ensuring usability and conversion optimization. This role requires a balance of creativity, user-centered thinking, and technical design expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative Execution Create engaginggraphic designs, social media creatives, ad banners, and marketing collateral . Designwebsites, dashboards, and mobile app interfacesthat are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing. Developwireframes, prototypes, and design mockupsto communicate interaction and design ideas.User Experience & Interface ConductUX research, competitor analysis, and user journey mappingto inform design decisions. Applybest practices in UI/UX designto ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability. Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.Branding & Consistency Maintain and evolvebrand guidelinesacross all creative outputs. Ensure design consistency across marketing campaigns, websites, and applications. Innovate with fresh ideas to strengthen brand identity in global markets.Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with product, marketing, and strategy teams to align design with business goals. Present design concepts, gather feedback, and iterate quickly. Stay updated on the latest design tools, UI/UX trends, and digital design best practices.Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of experienceas a Graphics Designer and/or UI/UX Designer. Strong portfolio showcasinggraphic design + web/app UI/UX projects . Proficiency in design tools such asAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, or InVision . Knowledge ofresponsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles . Understanding ofUX research methods, prototyping, and usability testing . Strong communication skills with ability to explain design rationale to stakeholders. Willingness to worknight shifts aligned with US business hours (mandatory) .Preferred Qualifications Experience working oninternational brands or global campaigns . Knowledge ofHTML/CSS basicsfor effective design-to-development handoff. Familiarity withmotion graphics, animations, or video editing(nice to have). Prior experience inSaaS, consulting, or digital agencies .Success Metrics Delivery ofhigh-quality designs and interfaceswithin project timelines. Improveduser engagement, usability scores, and conversion rates . Consistentbrand identity and visual storytellingacross platforms.
