Hello,Please share resumeJob Role- AI Lab AdminDuration-6 Months+Fully RemoteNeed to work US EST hours.Role SummaryThe AI Lab Administrator serves as the primary concierge and operational owner for AILabs. This role enables users to successfully and safely use the AI Lab environment byguiding requests end-to-end, promoting best practices, providing basic AI and platformsupport, and ensuring activity remains within approved scope.The administrator acts as the first point of contact for AI Lab users and as acoordination hub between implementers, governance, security, and platform teams.Prime ResponsibilitiesAI Lab Concierge & User Enablement Act as the single front door for all AI Lab requests, inquiries, and onboardingneeds. Guide users through AI Lab usage, processes, and approved patterns. Train users directly where appropriate or point them to the right training,documentation, or self-service resources needed to use AI Labs effectively. Support both technical and non-technical personas with a low-friction, service-oriented approach.Best Practices Advocacy & Stakeholder Coordination Serve as an advocate for AI Lab best practices, guardrails, and intendedusage. Identify when requests or activities require deeper review and facilitate orescalate to the appropriate stakeholders (platform implementers, governance,security, networking, or identity teams). Help users understand security, governance, and operational expectationswithout slowing down experimentation unnecessarily.Basic AI & Platform Support Possess foundational knowledge of AI concepts and tooling to assist withcommon, repeatable user questions. Provide basic assistance for standard AI Lab setup and access tasks, such as:o Creating or guiding setup of Power Platform environmentso Requesting or validating AD group membership for accesso Understanding approved AI services and tooling available in the lab Triage more complex AI or architecture questions to specialized teams asneeded.Networking & Private Endpoint Support Maintain basic networking knowledge to support AI Lab scenarios involvingprivate endpoints and restricted access patterns. Assist users in understanding private endpoint requirements, dependencies, andcommon setup considerations. Coordinate with networking teams for implementation or troubleshooting whenrequired.Monitoring, Oversight & Reporting Monitor AI Lab environments for anomalies, misuse, or activities outsideagreed scope. Identify and report deviations, risks, or non-compliant usage to programleadership and governance teams. Support auditability by ensuring activities and exceptions are visible,documented, and traceable.Required Qualifications Experience supporting cloud-based environments (Azure preferred). Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and AI platform usage. Working knowledge of identity and access management (e.g., AD groups, role-based access). Basic networking knowledge, including private endpoints and restricted accesspatterns. Experience acting as a front-line support or concierge role for technical platforms. Strong communication and coordination skills.Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with Power Platform, Azure AI services, or similar tools. Exposure to governance, security, or risk-managed environments.
