Training & Development Officer / Executive

Role OverviewResponsible for planning, executing, and documenting all GMP and compliance-related training activities to ensure workforce competency and audit readiness in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup.Key Responsibilities- Prepare and manage Annual Training Calendar (ATC). - Identify training needs (TNI/TNA) and coordinate mandatory regulatory trainings. - Conduct/organize GMP, GDP, Data Integrity, SOP, Safety & Hygiene trainings. - Manage induction, refresher, internal, and external training programs. - Maintain training records, matrices, assessments, and competency folders. - Ensure audit-ready documentation aligned with QA, QMS, and regulatory standards. - Support behavioral and soft-skills initiatives and promote a learning culture.Requirements- Graduate/PG; MBA HR or Life Sciences preferred. - Experience in Training & Development within pharma is mandatory. - Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, QMS & pharma operations. - Good communication, presentation, planning, and documentation skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and/or LMS.Preferred- Experience in Formulations/API/Biotech/Injectables. - Exposure to QA, Production, and regulatory audits.
