Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor cum Motion Graphics Artist to join our dynamic team at Hitayans Co. The ideal candidate is not only proficient in industry-standard video editing techniques and motion graphics design but also possesses a strong storytelling ability, a keen eye for detail, and expertise in color grading and sound/music integration. The candidate should be capable of delivering premium-quality work and should be knowledgeable in AI tools that can enhance video production processes.Responsibilities:Video Editing and Motion Graphics:Edit raw video footage to create polished and engaging videos, adhering to project requirements and timelines.Conceptualize, design, and integrate motion graphics elements that enhance the visual appeal and narrative of the videos.Use AI-driven tools to automate routine tasks and enhance creative outputs.Collaborate with the creative team to develop visual concepts and styles for various projects.Storytelling:Understand the project's objectives, translating them into compelling visual stories.Craft narratives that effectively communicate the intended message and evoke the desired emotions from the audience.Color Grading:Apply advanced color grading techniques to enhance the visual mood and tone of the videos, ensuring consistency and coherence.Utilize AI-enhanced tools for precise color matching and mood setting.Sound and Music Expertise:Select appropriate background music and sound effects that complement the video's mood and enhance its impact.Seamlessly integrate audio elements, ensuring optimal sound quality and synchronization with the visuals.Quality and Standards:Maintain a high standard of work, consistently delivering premium-quality videos that align with industry trends and standards.Stay updated with the latest video editing, motion graphics, AI enhancements, and sound design techniques, implementing innovative approaches when appropriate.Collaboration and Communication:Collaborate closely with the creative team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and feedback.Communicate effectively to convey ideas, concepts, and progress throughout the production process.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Video Editor and Motion Graphics Artist, showcasing a portfolio of high-quality work.Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.Strong skills in motion graphics design using tools like Adobe After Effects or similar software.Demonstrated expertise in color grading techniques and the ability to manipulate visual aesthetics effectively.Sound/music editing skills, with a keen ear for selecting and integrating audio elements.Exceptional storytelling ability, capable of transforming concepts into compelling visual narratives.Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.Experience with AI tools for video editing and motion graphics.Job Type: Full-timeWork from homeExperience:Video Editing: 3 years (Required)Motion Graphics: 3 years (Required)Work Location: RemotePay: ₹35,000.00-₹60,000.00 per month
