We manage content strategy, production, editing, growth, and brand partnerships for leading creators.We are looking for a Camera Person cum Video Editor who is comfortable shooting content and editing videos, primarily working from home but available to travel for shoots within Delhi/NCR on selected days.Role OverviewThis hybrid role involves:Editing from home (majority of work)Travelling for shoots on specific days as per project requirementsYou will work closely with creators to plan, shoot, and edit high-quality content.ResponsibilitiesShoot content such as YouTube videos, Reels/Shorts, BTS, Podcasts & InterviewsOperate camera, basic lighting, and audio equipmentCoordinate and travel for shoots (Delhi/NCR only)Edit long-form and short-form content for YouTube & InstagramCreate clean, engaging edits aligned with brand toneManage file backups and media organizationWork closely with the internal team to execute creative ideasDeliver edits on deadlineRequirements1–3 years of experience in shooting + editingMust be based in DelhiSkilled in operating DSLR / mirrorless camerasBasic understanding of lighting + audio setupProficient in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut ProFamiliar with YouTube & Instagram formats (Reels/Shorts)Good communication and time-management skillsAbility to work independentlyOwning a personal editing setup is preferredBonus Skills (Good to Have)Basic thumbnail design (Photoshop/Canva)Motion graphics experiencePrior work with influencers/creatorsWhy Join UsWork closely with top creators in IndiaMajority work-from-home flexibilityFast-growing creative environmentOpportunity to learn, experiment & growYou can also mail resume on: keshav@oldhatmedia
