AI Video Specialist (Avatars & Ads)

Role OverviewWe’re seeking an experienced AI Video Creation Expert with hands-on expertise in platforms like Higgsfield, Heygen, and ElevenLabs, who can lead the production of high-quality, personalized video content for ads, social media, and celebrity-based brand films. You’ll collaborate closely with our brand team to ideate and generate hyper-realistic AI videos that resonate with our audience and elevate brand engagement.Key Responsibilities● AI Video Generation:○ Create and edit AI-generated videos using platforms such as Higgsfield, Heygen, Runway ML and other top models in the field○ Develop hyper-realistic avatar-based content, including celebrity avatar cloning and voice syncing via ElevenLabs or similar TTS tools● Creative Scripting & Direction:○ Develop scripts, storyboards, and video concepts for branded campaigns.○ Translate campaign objectives into creative AI-generated video ads.● Post-Production & Editing:○ Edit and refine AI-generated outputs to ensure high-quality production values (cutting, timing, transitions, audio syncing).○ Add effects, subtitles, and other post-production enhancements as needed.● Innovation & Experimentation:○ Stay ahead of the curve with emerging tools and models in the AI video space.○ Propose and prototype new content formats and avatar experiences for social media and e-commerce integrations.Required Skills & Qualifications● Proven experience using AI video generation tools: Higgsfield, Heygen, ElevenLabs, Runway, Synthesia, etc.● Strong portfolio of AI-generated video content, especially ad campaigns or avatar clones.● Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).● Experience with creative scripting, storytelling, and content strategy.● Understanding of AI avatars, deepfake ethics, and responsible AI usage in media.● Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate across remote teams.Preferred Qualifications● Background in film production, animation, or digital marketing.● Experience working with brands or influencers/celebrities.● Knowledge of generative AI tools beyond video (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion).Why Join LehLah?● Work on the cutting edge of AI + fashion + content.● Collaborate with a passionate, cross-functional team.● Freedom to innovate and shape the next-gen ad experiences.
