Better Marketing is seeking a highly skilled video content creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing short-form videos that educate, inspire, and convert US local business owners using AI tools and manual creativity. The role involves producing 3–5 short-form videos per week for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, generating content ideas using AI or manual research: tips, mini tutorials, client stories, and lead generation strategies for local businesses. Responsibilities include scripting, recording, editing, captioning, and publishing videos optimized for engagement and lead generation, as well as repurposing top-performing videos for other channels like Twitter and newsletter snippets. Key performance indicators include tracking video performance and iterating for higher reach and engagement. Proven experience in creating high-engagement short-form videos on Instagram or YouTube Strong storytelling, editing, and visual design skills Ai-native with the ability to ideate, script, edit, and optimize content using AI tools for speed and quality Independent, creative, and results-driven Prioritizing passion for helping small/local businesses grow is a plus Required Skills: Short-Form Video Creation Video Editing Visual Design Ai-Native Content Generation
