Producer – Animation / AI Animation Location:JP Nagar, Bangalore (On-Site) Type:Full-Time |Reports to:CEO We’re building the future of entertainment by combininganimation and AIto create original IP and bold new storytelling formats. Backed by top VCs, we’re looking for an experiencedProducerto lead our projects and creative teams. The Role As a Producer, you’ll bridge the gap betweencreativity and business —guiding animators, editors, and directors to deliver projectson time, on budget, and at a high level of quality . You’ll make smart calls on when to polish further vs. when to ship, while building efficient workflows and keeping the team motivated. Key Responsibilities Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources Partner with creative teams to maintain vision & meet deadlines Evaluate shots, edits, and sequences for quality and readiness Balance creative excellence with business realities Improve workflows and streamline production processes Provide leadership with clear status updates and solutions What You’ll Bring 10+ years in production management/supervision inanimation, VFX, film, or related industries Strong knowledge ofstorytelling fundamentals & production pipelines Experience withscheduling, budgeting, and resource tools Leadership and communication skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure Constructive approach to evaluating creative work Nice to Have Experience in animated series or short-form digital content Familiarity with indie/lean pipelines Hands-on creative background (editing, directing, or design) Why Join Us?
