Strategic Enterprise Delivery Advisor As a Strategic Enterprise Delivery Advisor, you will serve as a key partner to business leaders, guiding the development and optimization of global delivery models. This role combines strategic consulting, transformation advisory, and stakeholder engagement to drive business outcomes. You will work closely with enterprise leadership to design and refine operating frameworks for multi-functional teams, assess capabilities, and develop talent strategies. Key Responsibilities: Advise CXOs and transformation leaders on strategy development, capability assessments, and location evaluations Design and refine operating frameworks for multi-functional teams (e.g., delivery operations, technology, finance, analytics) Lead benchmarking and location strategy evaluations to inform business decisions Develop talent strategies, including leadership pipelines, succession planning, and skill mapping Align global delivery objectives with enterprise-wide digital transformation and innovation goals Support executive communications, stakeholder alignment, and change management initiatives Monitor performance metrics, KPIs, and value realization across delivery portfolios Ideal Profile: 10+ years in strategy consulting, global operations, or transformation advisory Proven experience with global delivery models, shared services, or cross-border collaboration Strong understanding of legal frameworks, teaming agreements, and compliance Exceptional communication skills—able to influence C-suite and functional leaders Strategic thinker with a bias for execution and stakeholder diplomacy Global delivery centers are no longer cost arbitrage hubs—they're strategic engines of innovation and resilience.
