Qualification:B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering Experience:10–12 years in large-scale township/community real estate project management Languages – Proficiency in English & HindiJob Summary We are seeking an experiencedProject Managerto lead the execution oflarge-scale integrated township projectsinJodhpur . The role requires a proactive leader with expertise incommunity-based real estate developmentsinvolving land development, villas, clubhouses, shopping complexes, commercial infrastructure, as well ascivil and MEP works . The selected candidate will ensure timely delivery, compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and cost optimization across all phases of the project.Key Responsibilities Drive timely, safe, and quality execution of projects within approved budgets and schedules. Lead and coordinate all site activities among consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Enforce strict adherence toquality standards, safety protocols, and engineering best practices . Implementvalue engineeringto optimize project costs. Ensure compliance withIS codes and local regulations . Monitor and report progress and key matric throughhigh-quality reports, presentations . Perform additional duties as assigned by management in line with project or organizational needs.Specific Requirements (Project Manager Role) Proven track record inreal estate developers or PMC firmsin similar project deliveries. Strong exposure to largeintegrated townships projects consisting of site developments , villas, clubhouses, shopping complexes, commercials and infrastructure works. Expertise inMS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software . Strongleadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills . High efficiency inreporting and presentation .
