With a global footprint and a futuristic approach to hiring, we’re on a mission to simplify and supercharge talent acquisition.️Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment for US healthcare (nurses, allied health professionals, physicians, etc.) and IT roles. Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions Source, screen, and engage candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles Ensure compliance with US regulations and credentialing standards Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure a seamless candidate experience Analyze hiring metrics and optimize recruitment strategies for better outcomes Mentor junior recruiters and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration✅Qualifications 5+ years of experience in US healthcare staffing. Strong understanding of US healthcare roles, certifications, and compliance Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities remotely Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
