Senior Technical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled specialist to support the implementation and maintenance of our platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in at least two of the three core applications: Billing , Revenue , and CPQ . The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless system implementation, integration, and support. Design, configure, and deploy modules to meet business requirements. Provide ongoing technical support for the platform, addressing issues, performing updates, and optimizing performance. Work with integration teams to ensure smooth connections between systems. Develop and maintain custom workflows to automate business processes within the platform. This role requires a strong foundation in SQL and Python, as well as experience with subscription-based systems and revenue recognition standards. The successful candidate will also possess excellent analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely solutions.
