Automation Specialist

Automation Expert We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Automation Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reliable workflows using n8n. Key Responsibilities: Design and Implement Workflows : You will design and implement automated workflows that integrate APIs, REST, GraphQL, OAuth2, webhooks, pagination, and rate limits. Error Handling and Troubleshooting : You will add error handling, retries, alerts, run logs, and idempotency to ensure the reliability of our workflows. Data Integration : You will integrate data from various sources, perform ETL operations, and map data between applications. : You will design and implement automations for marketing and sales operations, including lead capture, scoring, routing, enrichment, and deduplication. : You will manage secrets and separate environments to ensure the security and scalability of our workflows. : You will write specs, diagrams, and keep versioned documentation current to ensure clear communication with the team. Requirements: Experience in n8n or Similar Tools : You should have at least 2 years of experience building production automations in n8n or similar tools. : You should have strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills and experience with Function/Code nodes. : You should have solid API skills, including verbs, auth flows, HMAC, webhooks, and cursors. : You should have experience with JSON schema, regex, date math, timeouts, and retries. : You should have a basic understanding of queues and backoff strategies. : You should have experience with CRMs and marketing stacks, including Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta, Google Ads, GA4, and GTM. : You should have good Git proficiency and clear documentation skills.
