About the CompanyAllianze Infosoft is dedicated to providing innovative elevator solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction through technical expertise and exceptional service.About the RoleThe Sales Support Engineer at Allianze Infosoft plays a crucial role in supporting the Dubai sales team (remotely) by providing technical expertise, product knowledge, and customer engagement.This position ensures that sales inquiries are handled efficiently, technical solutions are accurately communicated, and customers receive the right elevator solutions tailored to their needs.ResponsibilitiesTechnical & Sales SupportProvide technical guidance to the sales team, assisting in customer inquiries, product demonstrations, knowledge in AutoCAD and MS Office and troubleshooting.Support sales by preparing technical proposals, presentations, and quotations.Ensure pricing and product specifications align with customer needs and company guidelines.Product Knowledge & DocumentationDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of elevator products, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.Prepare and update technical documentation such as product manuals, specifications, compliance statements, and regulatory requirements.Customer Engagement & ConsultationInteract with clients to understand project requirements and recommend suitable elevator solutions.Address technical concerns and provide clear, professional responses to customer inquiries.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.Process & Compliance ManagementEnsure all sales and technical activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.Maintain structured workflows for handling and tracking customer inquiries, quotations, and approvals.Continuous Improvement & CollaborationWork closely with the engineering and product development teams to provide feedback on product enhancements based on customer needs and market trends.Contribute to workflow optimizations to improve the efficiency of sales support operations.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.Required Skills1–4 years of experience in technical support, sales support, or estimation, preferably within the elevator and escalator industry.Ability to interpret and prepare technical drawings using AutoCAD.Strong understanding of elevator and escalator products, components, and technical specifications.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical clients or internal teams.Efficient in preparing accurate quotations, estimates, and technical documentationCapable of working effectively with cross-functional teams including sales, engineering, procurement, and management.Strong interpersonal skills to maintain smooth coordination and timely project support.Preferred SkillsPrior experience in technical or sales support roles within the elevator and escalator industry.Exposure to workflow optimization and feedback sharing with product development teams.Basic knowledge of regulatory compliance and documentation standards in mechanical or construction sectors.
